Shipping Time Details

We want you to be completely happy with your Duplica Jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

Eligibility:

• You may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

How to Return Your Item:

1. Visit our Returns Portal: Return Portal
2. Log in: Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select items: Choose the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
4. Print label: You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Ship the item: Pack the item securely, attach the label, and ship it back to us.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.   

Late or Missing Refunds:

• If you haven't received your refund within 5 business days of approval, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank.
• If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@duplicajewelry.com.   

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• To exchange an item, please follow the same return process outlined above.

Shipping:
